Southwest Airlines celebrated their National “Wanna Get Away Day” June 18 with CataBoom for the second year in a row! Making it a week-long affair with the help of the CataBoom Catapult platform, customers were engaged with our Scratch-Off mechanic on Southwest’s sweeps landing page. This fun and simple game allowed players to try and win round trip-air travel, companion passes—even up to 20 million Rapid Reward® bonus points! On the last day of the campaign, an Instant Reveal mechanic was employed to lessen server stress, making the experience even faster and easier. Meanwhile, Southwest gathered valuable information such as zip codes and Rapid Rewards numbers to help to grow the company’s brand affinity and loyalty.
