A fun, quick-to-market way to deliver coupons to customers, TGI Fridays used Scratch It to help drive sales for corporate and franchise stores. Launched in under a week and distributed via email, the single scratch game engaged customers by "clearing their plate" with a fork to receive one of three discount coupons to be used in-store with a $25 minimum purchase (excl. alcohol). To make this campaign even more exciting, every customer that played was a winner!
